This easy 5 ingredients pudding will make you happy! I promise! I loved this pudding after trying it at my friend’s house. She made and served it in a few minutes, and it was the best vegan treat I had for a while!
- 4-5 bananas
- 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
- handful of walnuts
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 4 pitted dates or less for less sweetness
- Blend date, banana, walnuts, cacao powder, and tahini together until well blended.
- Pour into serving dishes and garnish with more walnuts and or coconut shreds.
- Optional – You can chill the pudding for 30 minutes.
