This black bean dip recipe is a great way to keep lots of flavor while getting more fiber and other nutrients. Also, If you have some black beans left overs, you should definitely try this recipe.
- 1 cup black beans
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup cold water or less
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Blend all ingredients in a blender, or a mixer.
- Add water only if needed and add slowly.
- Serve with your favorite vegetables.
