Black Beans Dip

What’s the best party snack ever? A DIP. Seriously, Because every body loves dips and they are easy to make. But is it possible to make a healthy recipe—that still tastes good?

This black bean dip recipe is a great way to keep lots of flavor while getting more fiber and other nutrients. Also, If you have some black beans left overs, you should definitely try this recipe.


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup black beans
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup cold water or less
  • 1/2 tsp salt


Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender, or a mixer.
  2. Add water only if needed and add slowly.
  3. Serve with your favorite vegetables.
