White Bean & Tofu Balls
These vegan balls are great to be served on salad or rice. They add enough source of protein to your meal!
I like effortless recipes where you can just blend all ingredients together and you have it! So I created these balls with tofu and white beans with a variety of spices that I had, you can add any spices you like.

Also, these balls are perfect for a snack on the go, they are hard on the outside to hold and munch on them, but doesn’t really hold together to be added in a sauce or something. but, if you like it that way you can easily add flour, breadcrumbs. Also, flaxseed eggs can work as a binding agent.

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup cooked white beans
- 150 grams tofu
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp fajita seasonings
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- olive oil for baking

Instructions:
- Smash all ingredients together and shape into balls.
- grease the baking sheet and arrange the balls. Brush with some olive oil and bake for 30 minutes on 180C.
- You can serve them on salad or rice, or munch in them. They don’t hold together in sauces because I didn’t add a binding agent. You can add 2 tbs flour or breadcrumbs for it to hold together.
Making this recipe? I would love to see it!
